Cancellations
Your consultation/surgical appointment is at the only nationally accredited office-based surgery center in Arkansas. Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. If you are unable to attend an appointment, please contact the office 24 hours in advance so we may provide you with a more appropriate date and/or time.

If your insurance doesn’t cover the full cost, we’ll work with you to review payment options. We offer flexible payment plans and financing options to help make your treatment affordable.
